To be completely honest, this place is a bit "ghetto" but its also "cheap" and superbly taken care of. I was in the Navy and my last ship was really old (the 60's) but it was so well taken care of it was still out doing its job. My point is this place is an amazing deal. I literally have only seen 4 bugs in this apartment and I've lived here for 7 months roughly its very clean and well maintained. There has been two people murdered literally on the road I live on within sight from my apartment in the time that I have lived here. That has to be mentioned but that being said I don't "fear for my life" but it does need mentioning if asked. It works out perfect for me, its very easy on my pocket and is less than ten minutes from the office. All around I am very very satisfied with my experience at Sands Point.

it is quit, the people are nice we watch out for each other,when we are home or away. The only set back that i dont like, is the laundery room, the machines are always taking your money. The dryers dont dry the clothes.

its old but well kept. i havent seen one insect in the house and the maintainence and front office staff is great.

One of the best experiences I have had while living in Houston. The office staff is professional,friendly and very helpful. I have had repair request completed very quicky .

after I talked to the manager about some issues I had. She explained to me some things and now i understand more. I would refer them. It is a good place. Just wish they would get rid of the roach problem. Everytime a tenent moves I alway see a few in mines. I make sure I keep everything clean so I dont see them. other than that its good and maintence ppl are so wonderful.
